IBC 2000 Code Options Safety and Convenience Jack and Leveling Towing

Note - bleacher code requirements are regulated locally. The following options address some of the more common bleacher code requirements.  In localities requiring compliance with IBC 2000 code requirements, bleachers will need to be equipped with all of the following three bleacher options.

	Enclosed Risers (78010) - Encloses the area between the footboards with galvanized panels that prevent people or objects from falling to the ground.  TranSport bleachers go the extra mile with full enclosure instead of bare-minimum cables, as the panels offer extra protection for small children while also securing cel phones, keys, purses, backpacks, drink cups, and assorted items.  A great option even if not required by local codes.	$2,903
	Full IBC Width Footboard Upgrade (78003) - Reduces the horizontal gap between seat and footboards to a maximum of 1/4" as required by IBC 2000 Codes.	$2,369
	Offset Center Aisle with ADA Handrail (78020) - Permits easy spectator access to bleacher seats.  Option includes fully enclosed steps plus an ADA handrail.  Steps feature bright yellow reflective nonskid nosing at the top front of each step for increased visual distinction.  Note that the aisle option reduces the total seating capacity by 24 people.	$2,789

	SafetyGlo Step & Handrail Markers (91108) - Provides extra safety during night time and low-light level events by providing glowing step tread edge markers and glowing handrail markers on bleachers equipped with the 78020 aisle option. Best of all, safety glow strips absorb sun energy during daylight hours and emit a glowing light at night.  SafetyGlo strips do not require an electric connection or charging, and will not drain the bleacher's on-board battery.	$568
	ADA Cut Out - modified first seating row provides wheelchair bound spectators integrated seating with other spectators, enhancing accessibility. Exchange for standard.	N/C
	Wireless remote (91105) - use a wireless controller to open and close the bleachers, eliminates the standard control pendant and cable.  Improves safety by allowing bleacher operator to stand where ever optimum view is afforded.  Expedites bleacher setup or closing. 	Solar Maintenance Charger & Battery Conditioner (91106) - Extend remote-site bleacher operation and battery life with this automatic 3-mode solar powered maintenance charger and desulphator-conditioner that extends the performance and life of the bleacher battery.  Protective circuitry maintains exact float charge rate, prevents battery overcharging, and shuts off charger system when sunlight is reduced, preventing battery drain. System includes permanently mounted 15W amorphous silicon solar panel with charging controller. Note – designed for battery maintenance, not intended to recharge battery from deep discharge. Charger not intended to power bleacher.	$479

	Hydraulic Powered Leveling Jacks - Replace the standard crank leveling/support frame mounted jacks with (4) hydraulically actuated jacks.

	Fixed Position Crank Jacks (91107) - heavy-duty, non-pivoting leveling support jacks. In addition to the manual crank adjustment, jacks feature a drop leg for additional jack travel with faster adjustment and less cranking.  Exchange for standard jacks.	$1,106

	Pintle Towing Coupler - Unless otherwise specified, TSP Mobile Bleachers are equipped with pintle towing couplers.	STD
	Ball Coupler (88888) - A 2 - 5/16" ball coupler is available in exchange for the standard pintle coupler.	N/C
	Goose-Neck Fifth-Wheel Hitch (51111) - Provides increased towing stability for those bleacher operators frequently towing on highways.  Hitch includes an adjustable-height fifth-wheel coupler.  (Other couplers available on request) Unique goose-neck design features pivoting hitch, reducing overall length and increasing safety.  Hitch is removable.	$3,100
