Century Concession Trailers were designed from the outset specifically for food service.  They are not an adaptation of a trailer designed for another purpose.  All Century food trailers are built and equipped in the same manner as the construction of a commercial kitchen. Once Size does Not Fit All - for success in the food concession business it is necessary to fit the trailer to the operation rather than the operation to the trailer.  Century custom designs and builds each food concession trailer to fit the menu and operational requirements.
