Goldrush
Interior Features

1 Standard interior counters for Century Goldrush concession trailers are heavy-duty stainless steel.  Not only do stainless steel counters present a clean, professional appearance, but they can take all of the punishment that you can throw at them.

These counters are not thin gauge sheet over a wooden core, but rugged, formed 14ga. stainless steel.  Unlike lesser counters they will not absorb moisture, burn, chip or crack.  They will not need to be replaced every couple of years like plastic laminate counters.

2 Goldrush serving windows are trackless.  Suspended on an overhead track on ball bearing rollers, they eliminate the tedious job of cleaning dirt out of the lower tracks of typical windows.  Eliminating the lower track also allows the entire counter to be used for serving.  You do not need a supplemental exterior counter as there is no track to obstruct serving and no track to trip a cup onto the customer.

Ball bearing rollers allow the safety glass panels to glide effortlessly.  Built-in keyed locks secure the rolling window panels during off-hours and for transport.

3 Optional overhead storage cabinets are enclosed with hinged aluminum doors.  Gone are the tracks of sliding doors that over time fill with grease, sugar, and flour requiring periodic cleaning just to allow the doors to slide.

Hinged door panels offer greater access to the storage area and accommodate larger items since the cabinet doors swing out of the opening unlike sliding doors.

Goldrush overhead cabinet doors are held open and also firmly closed by a gas strut, eliminating the back and forth migration during transport that is typical of sliding doors.

4 Ceiling mounted fluorescent lights are enclosed by removable lexan cover/diffusers, eliminating the tiresome job of cleaning all around the bulbs.  A fast, simple wipe down of the cover is all that is needed.

5 Goldrush ceilings are 8 feet high and feature double wall painted aluminum construction for a bright, easily cleaned, roomy interior.

Optional central air conditioner ducting runs the full length of the ceiling and is recessed into the roof structure to maintain headroom and to aid with cleaning.

6 Lower cabinet doors are hinged, and are available in either painted aluminum or stainless steel.  Like the overhead cabinet doors, they are trackless, eliminating the chore of cleaning the sugar, grease, flour or spilled soft drink from the tracks just to allow the doors to slide.  And the lower doors will not slide back and forth during transport.

Hinged doors offer a larger opening for the storage of your bigger items, and a cabinet access door can often be installed is an area that it too narrow to be practical for sliding doors.

7 Since Goldrush trailers were designed from the beginning as food service trailers, the body structure was designed with a flat floor that is as low or lower than the conventional drop-floors that are typically found in concession trailers.

Flat-floor construction permits maximum flexibility in the placement of people and equipment as it eliminates the curb that runs down both sides of a drop-floor trailer.

Floor cleaning is simplified since Goldrush trailers do not have a recessed well built into the floor.  You simply start at one end and sweep or spray the dirt out the door.

Goldrush trailers also feature a 3/16" thick aluminum subfloor with structural aluminum floor supports that can be cleaned regularly without fear of water damage - nothing to rot or rust.  The aluminum floor is welded to the support members so that there are no rivets or screws in the floor to work loose over time.

Goldrush Showline fluorescent display lights replace the counter lights typically found in other trailers.  These lights are fully enclosed for easy cleaning, less chance of breakage, and to eliminate the light glare in the operator's eyes.

In addition, the unique Showline display lights are strategically located to promote and sell your products.
